focus on these 4 exercises when looking to build strength.
Less is better
Focus on one of the big 4 per workout, add in one to two assistance lifts for overall body balance and finish up
with a core exercise like abs. The more you do will lessen your results.
Cardio is a must
To keep lean and healthy you must add cardio to your routine. When looking to increase strength a cardio program
of short instense bursts will help you get stronger while getting leaner. Sprints especially on an incline are a great option.
