Eat Alot of the good foods
If you want to gain weight, you must eat. Taking in healthy calories that are loaded with protein,
healthy carbs, good fats and nutrients from vegetables.
Protein and Carbs are important
You should consume 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Get those proteins from meat, chicken, eggs
and milk. Carbs will help you put on the weight. Make sure you are eating good carbs from rice, oatmeal and sweet potatoes.
Hit the weights
Concentrate on larger muscle groups like legs, chest and back lifting as much weight as possible. Keep your rest between
1 and 2 minutes and reps between 12 and 6. Resist doing cardio while in your weight gain cycle.
Don't overtrain, let your muscle rest because while they are resting they are growing. Make certain to get
at least seven hours of sleep per night.
